Ibrahim Al Haddad

Ibrahim Al Haddad has been Chief Executive Officer of Salik, Dubai’s road toll operator, since July 2022. He previously spent nine years as head of commercial and investment at Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), and has more than two decades of experience in public-private partnerships, commercial transformation and investment strategy.
