Utah I-15 Express Lanes

Tolled express lanes on Interstate 15 in Utah, covering about 82 miles in each direction across 77 tolling locations. In fiscal year 2025 they recorded about 1.63 million trips, US$2.75 million in revenue, nearly 30,000 active transponders and about 20,000 customer accounts. In May 2026 UDOT selected Quarterhill’s tolling back-office platform under a US$6.3 million, five-year contract covering transaction processing, account management and customer service centre operations.
