Slovakia electronic toll system

Satellite-based electronic toll system for heavy vehicles in the Slovak Republic, commissioned on 1 January 2010 and delivered by SkyToll. At its widest the tolled network covered almost 17,600 km of specified road sections; third-class roads were removed from the network on 1 September 2020. The system is designed to integrate toll service providers from neighbouring countries under a “one contract, one on-board unit, multiple toll systems” model.
