Internship Offer: Assistant Project Manager (M/F)

Location : Paris, France

Contract type: Approved internship (Duration: 3 to 6 months)

Internship description:

As part of our project team, you will assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and monitoring our various free-flow tolling solution deployment projects. You will actively participate in the various phases of the project lifecycle, from design to implementation. Your responsibilities will include:

Planning support: Participation in the development of schedules, identification of tasks and necessary resources.
Project monitoring: Help monitor task progress, identify bottlenecks and contribute to finding solutions.
Coordination: Assistance with coordination between different internal teams (technical, commercial, etc.) and potentially with external partners.
Documentation: Participation in the drafting of meeting minutes, progress reports and other project documents.
Risk management: Support for the identification and assessment of potential risks.
Communication : Facilitating communication within the project team and with stakeholders.
Project management tools: Use and update of project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Trello, Jira, etc.).
Day before : Participation in technological and competitive monitoring in the field of free-flow tolling.

Profile sought:

We are looking for a motivated and rigorous student, preparing a diploma level Bac +3 to Bac +5 in Project Management, Management, Engineering, Computer science or related field. You ideally have:

A strong interest in the sector new technologies, of the smart mobility and project management systems.
Good skills oforganization, of planning and of priority management.
A team spirit and good ones interpersonal skills to interact with different teams.
From theautonomy and one proactivity in carrying out your missions.
A rigor and one methodology in your work.
Good ones written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in office tools (Office Pack, particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
Knowledge of project management tools (type MS Project, Trello, Jira, Asana) would be a plus.
A good level ofEnglish (written and oral) can be an advantage in an international context.
